Rotherham United have announced another pre-season friendly game.

As is normal the Millers will start their friendly games with a trip to Roundwood, which is Rotherham’s training ground, where they will take on local side Parkgate.

The recently promoted Millers will take on the Steelmen on Saturday, 7th July when it will be a 1.00pm kick-off.

Parkgate spent last season in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division but were unfortunately relegated.

Last season the game saw eight goals all of them scored in the first forty-five mintes, six of those going to Rotherham. Jamie Proctor opened the scoring but minutes later Danny Harris equalised for the hosts. Anthony Forde scored to put the Millers back in front and David Ball made it three-one. It was soon three-two when Ash Emmett scored for the Steelmen followed by another from Proctor to make it four-two to the visitors. Ball scored his second and the Millers fifth with Joe Newell making it six-two before half-time.

The Millers also have a pre-season friendly arranged with Mansfield Town on Saturday, 28th July at the One Call Stadium.

Whose going to one or both these games then?
