Rotherham United have been linked today with Brentford’s winger Sam Wood

Twenty-five year old Sam will be no stranger to Millers Manager, Andy Scott having played under him at Griffin Park. Sam has only made four appearances this season for the Bees and has failed to get on the bench for the last few weeks.

It is thought that Brentford Manager, Uwe Rosler, has already blocked two moves for the winger earlier on in the season but it looks like he could have relented and that the former Bromley player could well be on his way to Don Valley.

This move could well have come along due to a bad injury Gareth Evans received at the weekend against Bradford City.
