January is just around the corner and with it the ‘dreaded’ January window.

Millers fans have been discussing who they’d like in during the ‘window’ for the last few weeks but should we be talking about who might leave?

I’m hoping that it’s nobody but these windows do get you a bit jittery don’t they.

Will somebody come in for Danny Ward? This season the Millers striker is, up to now, top scorer with eight goals (all in the league) from twenty-three games which is already double what he got in all of last season. It could be said that Danny is having a bit of a dry spell having scored just once (and Richard Wood is trying to take that from him!) since the end of October but anyone who has seen him running hither and thither and getting balls into the box as well as helping defend at the other end will say we really can’t do without Danny.

Would the club sell him? They say it will take ‘big money’ but of course they would. The Chairman is a business man and if the money’s right we could be saying goodbye Danny. And, unfortunately, it could be to another Championship club.

Up until a couple of weeks ago I’d have thought that shot-stopper Lee Camp might also be of interest to other clubs. But perhaps his injury might have put that one to bed.

Could we be losing anyone else? Rumour had it that some of the loanees might be going back to their parent clubs. I thought that once you’d signed a ‘season long-loan’ you were at the club for a season but it appears that might not be the case.

I’d like to think that we’ll still be seeing Izzy Brown in a Millers shirt until the end of the season and that goes for Tom Adeyemi as well.

But I suppose there are some loanees that aren’t getting games at the moment who we might not miss.

What do you think? Who do you think, if anyone, we’ll lose?
