I`m very naive in matters of football transfers and how they work. I am aware though that what is said in football isn`t necessarily what will happen. I am trying to work out what appears to be a revolving door at NYS.

We have Kayode Odejayi, David Noble, Lionel Ainsworth and Daniel Nardiello all out on loan at the moment. In addition, we`ve had Nicky Hunt, Laurence Wilson, Ian Sharps and Pablo Mills in and out. Johnny Mullins has gone to Oxford and I don`t know of any transfer fees for the ones that have left.

And we`ve just loaned David Worrall and Michael Tidser out as well now. I know Mr Evans has said that Worrall will be back next year, but I am sceptical. If he needs game time then put him in the side and move Agard up front (based on the fact that we currently have only 1 striker!). Also, we could have let them go for a month, rather than the end of the season if they were to feature in future plans. Miles Addison doesn`t look to have had much game time at Bournemouth and I would expect him to be in at the weekend. Is this a bit of double standards? Tidser really looked, in my opinion, to be one for the future and, for his part, we`ve not heard any rumours of him struggling to settle in the area or anything similar.

Fees were paid for both Worrall and Tidser. Would you, if you were a club interested in them, be prepared to pay for them? As an agent, would you be eager to persuade your client to commit to a club that signs in July and ships out in January? Another theory could be that we have gone over the salary budget. That, of course, in these times of financial fair play is taboo.

Any thoughts on this?
