Deadline day always brings about rumours but this is one that’s been going around for a couple of days now.
And it’s that the Millers could be losing the services of midfielder Richie Smallwood.
First coming on loan from Middlesbrough Richie finally made his move to the New York Stadium permanent two years ago with the twenty-five year old making over eighty appearances for the Millers. His five appearances this season have included two off the bench.
The rumours are suggesting that Richie could be off to Scunthorpe.
So what do we think of this? Do we really want to lose Richie Smallwood? Is it time for him to move on?
