Rotherham United Manager Neil Warnock says what his side lack they make up for in team spirit.

Speaking to MillersPlayer ahead of tonight’s game the Millers Boss said, ‘I think we are limited in technical ability at times. But we make up for that with our team spirit.

‘We’ve got players filling positions that they are comfortable with and I think we’ve got a threat on goal now which is a great recipe.

‘But Kevin (Blackwell), Ron (Jepson) and myself demand certain qualities from the lads and what we expect as a normal they might not have accepted that at first but they do now. That’s how we start and then we try and add to that with things like set-pieces and different tactical formations if we need to change. But anyone from the subs bench could come on in any position and know what they are doing. And that’s what you want at this level.

‘We have this formula, the three of us, that is working at the Championship level. This is my cup of tea, the blood and thunder and the games coming fast and furious plus the type of football it is.

‘You know if Rotherham could survive this season in the Championship and then a couple of more seasons the whole club could be lifted.’
