Rotherham United’s caretaker Manager Paul Warne is sending his players out in every game in a positive mood.

With the Millers getting ready to take on neighbours Sheffield Wednesday Warney told David Beddows of The Rotherham Advertiser ‘We try to send them out as positive as we can and they go onto the pitch believing they can win football matches now and that’s critical.

‘Any win is great and a local derby win adds a little bit more.

‘I won’t have to motivate the players as much because they know the magnitude of the game and what it means to people around here. Their effort levels won’t drop, if anything, Wednesday will know they’re in for a game.’
