Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne has three things on his mind ahead of Saturday’s away game with Blackpool.

One is the fact that Darren Potter probably won’t make the game after going off injured on Saturday. Potter has been the strength in midfield this season and will be sorely missed.

Also missing is striker Kieffer Moore but this was through his own stupidity. He lost his temper and slapped an opposing player in the face getting himself straight red-carded meaning he will miss the next three games.

The third problem is probably one that can be sorted and that’s Michael Ihiekwe appearing to take things into his own hands (not literally of course) in the goal area ignoring instruction from his goalkeeper which resulted in Bristol Rovers scoring. He was also at fault the week before during the Wigan game. I find this such a shame as I think Ihiekwe is one of our better defenders but lately seems to have lost his confidence a bit.

Speaking to Paul Davis of The Star the Millers Gaffer said, ‘I’ve spoken to both Kieffer and Michael and they’ve both apologised. But an apology isn’t going to help me out is it.

‘I’m not cock-a-hoop about Kieffer’s sending off and to miss three games for something like that isn’t good. He’s a young lad and still learning but I am disappointed in him and he will be punished.

‘He`s hugely embarrassed about what he did. I`m not saying I never got sent off for doing something similar. I`m not saying I have any sympathy for him either. It`s a big blow.’
