Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne will have midfielder Darren Potter back in contention for next weeks game at home to Gillingham.

The thirty-two year old has impressed since joining in the summer but hasn’t played since the beginning of the month due to a heel injury.

Much missed, the Millers Boss, told iFOLLOW that he will be pleased to have him back next week.

But some bad news is that skipper Lee Frecklington might not make it.

Frecks had to be helped from the pitch after less than five minutes at Rochdale earlier this month with what turned out to be a back problem.

After being confident that Frecks might have been available for yesterday’s game with Oxford, Warney said, ‘I don’t want to rush him back.’

Speaking after the draw with Oxford Warney said, ‘It was a bit of a make shift midfield today but I thought, at times, they did really well.’
