Peterborough United Manager, Gary Johnson says it was lax defending that helped the Millers get their goal last night at London Road.

Speaking to Radio Cambridge Johnson said, ‘We didn`t really get our game going at first and then Rotherham took their one opportunity that they got early on which, from our point of view, was a bit scruffy all round. But, we`re a team who can score three and four and so we are always going to get ourselves back into the game, although I`d prefer the opposition to get their goal when we are already three-nil up! But our will to win was there.’

Asked about Aaron Mclean who was carried off on a stretcher in the second half after a challenge with Danny Harrison, Johnson said, ‘The first signs are that it`s not as bad as we first thought. When we heard the crack we all thought it was a broken leg but our medical people have looked at it and they`re not sure that it is that which is good news.`
