Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans was disappointed to only come away with a point from the draw on Wednesday night at Craven Cottage.

Meanwhile Fulham Manager Kit Symons said his side were ‘awful’ after coming back from one down to get a point.

‘It’s an anxious time for the football club and we looked very nervous. We were awful in the first half. In the second half we were a little bit better than awful.

‘Credit to Rotherham they pressed us and we weren’t at it. We didn’t get the ball down and pass it and we didn’t compete well enough either. We couldn’t get our flair players into the game but you still need to dig in and compete. We rode our luck and the one positive at half-time was that we were still in the game.

‘We got the goal back in the second half and then had a couple of half decent chances and the players showed good character to come from a goal behind.’
