Rotherham United are hoping that midfielder Richie Towell is only going to be sidelined for about a week.

The twenty-six year old, who is on loan from Brighton, injured his knee in training at the beginning of last week but was fine to train again on Thursday.

Unfortunately on Friday he pulled out with the knee problem and had to have a scan.

Luckily, the scan showed that it’s nothing too much and he should be back in training next week.

The only problem I can see for him is ‘will he get his place back in the starting eleven?’

New boy Matty Palmer came in today, after joining last week from Burton and didn’t do a lot wrong against a Wimbledon side who I think are better than the Millers last two home games opponents.

Well, we shall have to wait and see who starts at Scunthorpe, who is on the bench or who isn’t involved at all.
