Rotherham United defender, Dale Tonge says that he knows the players he sees day-in, day-out, are good enough to go up.

Speaking as doom and gloom surrounds the club after two recent losses at Don Valley, the twenty-six year old former Barnsley player, told Sky Sports, ‘Considering how up and down our season has been, to be only five points off is a massive positive. But the negative is that we should be a lot higher than we are.

‘Training day in and day out with these players, we know we’re good enough. Our problem has been consistency and if we ever got that we’d always be pushing but for one reason or another we have never had it this season. Hopefully, in the second half of the season it will click into place and we can have a good run.’
