Rotherham United are still in administration after three months but Chief Operating Officer, Paul Douglas says everything is on track to resolve a couple of big issues that’s affecting the club.

Millers fans can only take an educated guess as to what these issues are – in my mind it is trying to exit administration without incurring the fifteen points penalty and the issue of staying at Millmoor – but whatever they are then, Mr Douglas says, that positive news should hopefully be expected soon.

‘Discussions are continuing,’ Mr Douglas said, ‘and things are happening behind the scenes. The lawyers are working towards finalising the issues but these things take time.’

Mr Douglas says that everyone knows how urgent all this is but the thing to remember is that, owner-in-waiting Tony Stewart, is funding the club at this time.

According to The Advertiser, officials met yesterday to discuss season ticket prices but details can’t be released until a decision has been made about where the club will be playing next season.
