Rotherham United are due for further talks tomorrow about their current situation, according to The Star, today.

The Football League have requested urgent clarification on a number of issues regarding the football club, which were set out in a letter published by the Football League on Friday.

The League expressed concern over the clubs move from Rotherham to Don Valley and are demanding evidence that provision has been made for the security bond that is required to confirm that the club will move back to Rotherham within four years.

Manager, Mark Robins, told The Star, that he was confident that it would all be sorted out satisfactorily. ‘I’ve seen the communication sent out by the Football League,’ he said, ‘and it does look a concern but I have confidence in the people here.

‘Once it’s all resolved we will know where we stand and we can move forward. I am confident we will be playing come the 9th August.

‘And, from that moment, our destiny is in our own hands.’
