Rotherham United loanee, Callum Kennedy didn`t get the start he wanted with the Millers after giving away a penalty and being shown a red card on Saturday at Oxford.

But the twenty-one year old striker, on loan from Swindon, says he will make amends.

Speaking to The Advertiser, Callum said, ‘Saturday didn`t pan out how I wanted it to and I feel I`ve got a little debt to pay back and I will be working extra hard to sort it out. It`s back to the drawing board and time to start all over again.`

At the time, me and those around me, all thought the challenge was going to get a red card but, after seeing it a number of times on TV, I do think the decision was a little harsh. But, let`s hope the lad can put it behind him and show us what he`s made of tomorrow against Shrewsbury.
