Rotherham United have confirmed this evening that striker Lewis Grabban has completed his move to League One side Bournemouth.

Having turned down Crawley Town last month, the Millers top scorer last season, still wanted to move down South and, even though it is thought that both Swindon Town and Sheffield United had enquired about him, the former Brentford player decided to move to the seaside and Bournemouth.

Speaking to the Official Site, Millers Manager, Steve Evans said that Lewis would be difficult to replace but that everyone at the club wished Lewis well in his future.

Speaking to the Cherries Official Site, Lewis said, ‘I’m happy to be here. We’ve been going back and forth with the club and my agent, and then I came back off holiday and was able to come and talk with Shaun Brooks yesterday when we were able to agree terms in a couple of hours.’
