Rotherham United skipper Craig Morgan says that it was the home defeat to Peterborough that first got him thinking the Millers could achieve something this season.

Speaking to The Star the Welsh International said, ‘It was our first league defeat after starting with nine unbeaten and Peterborough, along with Sheffield United and Bristol City had been one of the fancied teams. But we taught them a lesson that day and more than matched then and probably should have won four-one. (Ed Note – in the end it was a disputed penalty which gave the Posh a one-nil win)

‘But we didn’t dwell on it and it`s important that we kept going until the end of the season.`

Proud of how the Millers have done this season Morgs is getting ready to go into the play-offs saying, ‘We need to have a bit of momentum going so let`s go in one hundred per cent committed.`
