Former Rotherham United skipper Ian Sharps has signed for Burton Albion.

The thirty-two year old, who has played over two hundred games for the Millers parted company with Rotherham on Wednesday after Millers Manager Steve Evans brought him back for his second spell with Rotherham last summer.

Ian played in just nine games for Rotherham last season before going on loan to the Brewers in January until the end of the season.

All at Vital Rotherham wish Ian all the best in his future.
