Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott is expecting a tough test from Plymouth Argyle on Saturday.

Speaking to MillersPlayer Scott said, ‘They are a big club with a nice ground and a nice pitch. Everyone knows about the financial problems they’ve had but it doesn’t mean to say that the players on the pitch will be giving anything less than one hundred per cent.

‘It’s a long way to go and we want to make sure that we go down there and come away with a good result. Plymouth drew at Shrewsbury last week which is a good result and they played a couple of different players on Tuesday. We aren’t going to underestimate them and we know we have to go there and play the way that we can play and try and combat whatever they throw at us.

‘Peter (Reid) is a very good manager and excellent coach and whatever side he puts out will be well drilled and organised.

‘We want to get off the mark in our first away game and get some points on the board because next up is Crewe so they are two tough games. We will prepare properly for Plymouth and make sure we are aware what they can do and make sure we exert our style on the game. It’s important that we concentrate on the way we set up and that we can iron out the little mistakes we made in the first couple of games.

‘We want to win the game and we want to play some attractive football and pick up the results and get points on the board early.’
