Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott said he is talking to more players with the hope of getting two or three more in before the deadline date.

Speaking to MillersPlayer, Scott said, ‘Whether I will get any in before Wednesday I don’t know because it depends on if players move out and with Bristol City over the fee for Ryan Taylor.

‘I think we are a couple of bodies short in terms of a full squad but we are a long way down the line to what I wanted at this stage of the close season.

‘The players we’ve already brought in are young and hungry and have got experience with the football league. They’ve got a point to prove and we are looking forward to getting everyone together.’

The squad are due back for the start of pre-season training on Wednesday,.
