Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott says that, if his players don`t do what he`s asking, then he will have no hesitation at changing things as the Millers go into a December which sees them play just one game at Don Valley in four.

Speaking to Dom Howson of The Star, Scott said, ‘We have done well away from home, scored a lot of goals and looked very dangerous going forwards which maybe suits the way we are set up to play.

‘I`m excited by what we can do going forwards but we have got to shut up shop at the back which is what we are going to try and do over the next couple of months because, it`s clear, that if we shore up defensively then we`ve got a hell of a chance of achieving something this season. But that` s something that has to come from the players we have got here and, if it doesn`t, we will make more changes.`
