Rotherham United Manager, Andy Scott said that striker, Chris Holroyd is one of the players who has responded the right way to being on the sidelines.

The twenty-five year old got a place in the starting eleven and did his manager proud by scoring the second goal this afternoon at Don Valley.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, Scott said, ‘We spoke to Chris and told him what we want him to do. We know he can score goals and is always a threat but needed more to his game. He`s put that to us and he`s been terrific when he`s come on in the last couple of games and he deserved his chance today.

‘I was delighted with him.`
