Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has told MillersPlayer that although there is always an interest in players like Nicky Wroe who was transfer listed by Torquay this week, but is not quite the passer the Millers are looking for.

Rumours have been doing the rounds that the Millers were linked with Wroe and would have done a player swap with striker Tom Pope plus £35,000 but the Millers Manager squashed that.

‘We’ve not enquired about Wroe but they are looking for a hundred grand for him or a part exchange. We know all about him but at this present time I’m looking more for somebody who’s going to get on it and take the sting out of the game when we need it and we are going to look at Mark Bradley doing just that,’ Moore said.

‘Bradley’s got a good range of passing but we’ve been using him more for energy because he’s an up and down type of player but he can actually sit and pass. And, some of the passing he’s been doing in training has been magnificent.’
