Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, thought that his Millers team controlled the game today against Accrington Stanley at Don Valley.

Speaking to the Official Site, Robins said, ‘We had enough possession to win the game and we controlled the game from start to finish but we lacked a spark in the penalty area. I think we looked a little tired today but the conditions were probably the worst we’ve ever experienced at Don Valley and when you take that into consideration we didn’t do too bad.’

The gaffer went onto talk about Drewe Broughton, who was brought off at half time and replaced by Mark Burchill. ‘I think referee’s look at Drewe Broughton’s reputation before the game starts. Today, I think he got a yellow because of the persistant calls for him to be booked from their bench. All we ask for is some fairness. Their defenders were all over Ryan Taylor today without anything being done.

‘We have a lot of games coming up so I might think about bringing in one or two fresh legs.’
