Rotherham United lost their hundred per cent record at Don Valley to Barnet yesterday and Manager, Mark Robins was angry with his defence.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, the Millers gaffer said, ‘The way we defended was poor. For the first two goals we just switched off and then we allowed them to score with a free header – the goals they scored were very poor from our point of view. But, it’s the first time we’ve been like that and let’s hope it’s the one blip of the season. We know how dangerous teams can be against us and it was just unacceptable defending – they just rode through tackle after tackle.

‘Really you know, with the chances we had, we should have won that game. We peppered their woodwork and goal and their ‘keeper played out of his skin today. We should have won hands down.

‘As today has shown, you need to be on the ball for every game but we have a chance to put it right on Tuesday. We are going to get blips and we have to make sure it was only a blip and now we have to steel ourselves for the next two away games.’
