Rotherham United manager, Mark Robins, says there is a good feel about the place at the moment.

He told RotherFM that he felt things were moving forward, ‘But it’s all about what we do on the pitch,’ he said, ‘and I think things are getting better. The young players are wanting to learn and having the more experienced players alongside them is helping them to improve.

‘But, we mustn’t get complacent. There’s plenty of challenges before the end of the season and we have to make sure we give one hundred per cent in each game. You can only ever look at your next opponents and we know if we take our eye off the ball you can come a cropper.

‘On the injury front things are good and I’ll have a fully fit squad for today’s game. We hope to get Steven Cann involved again before Richard O’Donnell’s three month loan period is up.

‘Derek Holmes’ hat-trick did his confidence good and he’s been working hard in training this week – as have all the players.

‘In our next seven games we are playing teams who are up and around where we are. These are the sort of games you want to be involved in and we are all looking forward to them.’
