Rotherham United are under a cloud at the moment. Threats of going into administration and a possible ten points to be taken off has got everyone on tenterhooks at Millmoor but manager, Mark Robins has been saying since the shock news was announced that what’s going on off-field has to stop there and the players have to get on with the job in hand and try and get promotion.

Speaking to The Star he said, ‘We have to get on and do the job to the best of our ability. We can’t afford for the threat of a ten point loss to enter our thoughts. If it happens we will deal with it. But does the thought of it make us play any differently? No. We won’t be influenced by something we have to control over.

‘We aim to go out and win every game. We took the game to Bradford on Tuesday but they get the credit for coming back and counter attacking. We will be going out to win the game on Saturday against Accrington Stanley like we will be every game.’

Andy Todd, at Accrington on loan from the Millers will not be allowed to play on Saturday.
