Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, said that Saturday’s perfomance to last night’s performance was ‘chalk and cheese.’

Speaking to RotherFM after the two-one win over Alan Knill’s Bury, he said, ‘We knew it was going to be an important game and we needed to start brightly and quickly. They caused us one or two problems when they had to change their shape but I think, them having to do that, was testament to how well we played.

‘I’d like to have seen us get closer to people rather than cover space but I have no complaints. We used the ball well and in the second half they couldn’t close us down.

‘I didn’t think, from where I was standing, it was a penalty but it was an unbelievable save from Andy Warrington.’

Robins also had praise for Reuben Reid, telling the Official Site, ‘He gave their left back all sorts of problems and took his goal well. Drewe Broughton added a second from a great cross from Dale Tonge and I thought Danny Harrison was outstanding. I am delighted with the performance and the result.’
