Jeremy Simpson from Lancashire

This is Jeremy’s first season as a Football League Referee and he has been in charge of two games in League Two showing six yellow cards and one red card to James Constable of Oxford on Saturday with former Miller Chris Wilder, who is now manager of Oxford, going to see Simpson after the game to complain about his players’ yellow cards.

Jeremy was in the middle for the Football Conference Play-Off Final at Wembley at the end of last season between Luton Town and York City, which City won two-one.

Running the Line at New York on Saturday will be
