The man in charge of our last league game of the season is…

EL Ilderton from Tyne and Wear

After serving his time in the Northern Alliance and Northern League, Eddie joined the National List of Referees in 2002.

Since then he has been Fourth Official in the Football League Play-Off Semi Finals and the FA Youth Cup Final and has refereed the UEFA Regions` Cup Finals as well as at an FA Trophy Semi Final.

Eddie was in charge of our game, earlier this season, at Don Valley against Grimsby. Adam Le Fondre scored twice for the Millers in the first half while Grimsby got a consolation goal in the last minute from Wes Fletcher. There was just one booking that day which was the Mariners’ Peter Sweeney.

In the thirty-three games Eddie has been in charge of this season he has given out eighty-five yellow and five red cards.
