The man in the middle for our game on Tuesday night at Spotland is . . .
C Boyeson from East Yorkshire
Carl began his refereeing career in 1992 in the Sunday League in Hull. He was then promoted to the Northern Premier League and, in 1996, to the National List of Assistant Referees. Six years later he was promoted to the National List of Referees.
Carl has been in the middle for two Millers’ games already this season – the first in October in the stalemate against Notts County at Don Valley when he sent Nick Fenton off on fifty-one minutes and then he was in charge of our nightmare game in the FA Cup at Luton where we lost 3-0,and he booked Danny Harrison.
So far this season, Carl has given out forty-seven yellow cards and four red cards in the twenty-four games he has officiated in.
Aiding Carl on Tuesday night will be . . .
G Hart from Co Durham and
B Khatib from Tyne and Wear
The Fourth Official will be . . .
PC Wright from Merseyside
I feel sorry for you, we had him against Brighton last week and in my match report I called it ‘The Carl Boyeson show’ loves being the centre of attention and some of his decisions were baffling for both sets of players and fans!
I feel there’s quite a few in the lower leagues who should never be allowed whistles
Not sounding too good that!!
