Mr Colin H Webster from Shotley Bridge, Tyne & Wear

Born on 17th November 1966, Colin is a Chartered Surveyor, is married with two children and lists property development and ‘learning to fly ‘as his interests outside football.
He started refereeing in his native North East in 1988 and progressed through the Wearside and Northern Leagues to reach the National List in 1994.
He was promoted to the Referees` List in 2000. Honours include A/R FA Trophy Final in 2000, 4th Official FL Play Off Final in 2005, and refereeing appointments for FL Play Off Semi Finals in 2005/06/07.

Mr Webster seems to be showing great restraint in regards to brandishing cards these days, and so far this season he has shown yellow just 12 times in his 12 games.
2 reds have also been shown, these were to Oldham’s Craig Davies for violent conduct in their penalty shoot-out win against Rochdale in the Carling Cup 1st round, and to Wycombe’s Tom Doherty for a professional foul in their draw at Grimsby on 11th October.
Colin’s most recent appointment was last months League game at Elland Road when Leeds beat Leyton Orient 2-1.
