MR CW OLIVER from Northumberland

Clive progressed through the Northern Leagues before he became a Football Legue Assistant in 1998. In 2004 he was promoted to the National List of Referees and was the fourth official in the Conference Play-Off Final that year.

The last time Mr Oliver officiated at Millmoor was in February 2007 when the Millers lost 2-1 to Swansea. A goal by Martin Woods in the final minute a consolation for the home team. That day he booked four players – Amankwaah from Swansea and Stephen Brogan, Paul Hurst and Craig Fleming from Rotherham.

So far this season, Mr Oliver has been in charge of 32 games given out 88 yellow cards and just 2 red
