Andy began his refereeing career fifteen years ago in London and within three years had gone from Class 3 to Class 1. In 2003 he was promoted to the National List of Assistant Referees and four years later was moved up to the National List of Referees.

Andy was in charge of our first game at Don Valley where a Reuben Reid goal just before half-time gave the Millers all three points over Lincoln City.

So far this season, Andy has been in charge of twenty-three games, dishing out seventy-three yellow cards and five red cards.
