The man in the middle of our game on Saturday against Bournemouth is . . .

SJ Bratt from the West Midlands.

Not a lot is known about Steve Bratt.

The last game he officiated in that involved Rotherham was February last year when the Millers lost 4-1 at home to Stockport County. Tommy Rowe had put County one up and Mark Hudson equalised for the Millers half-an-hour later. In the second half County brushed us aside as Rowe scored again followed by a goal from Anthony Pilkington before Rowe popped up in the sixty-third minute to score his hat-trick. Mr Bratt booked Hudson that day.

This season Mr Bratt has been in the middle for nineteen games and shown 51 yellow cards and 3 red.

I can tell you that in November, Luton Manager, Mick Harford, was less than pleased with Mr Bratt and he said he ruined their game with Rochdale by being whistle happy and more recently, Brentford Manager, Andy Scott, hit out at Mr Bratt after allowing their game with Lincoln to go ahead when Scott said the pitch was ‘dangerous.`

The other officials on Saturday will be –

SJ Martin from Staffordshire
and
A Maton from Leicestershire

The Fourth Official is

DK Benton from South Yorkshire
