Rotherham United Manager Neil Redfearn was asked by Radio Sheffield if there were any positives to take out of today`s three-nil away loss at Derby.

‘I thought there were one or two players who showed that they can and there were one or two players out there who hid today, and I can`t have that.

‘I thought when Paul Green came on he got on the ball and showed a big heart. He might not be the most fashionable but he`s got a big heart and he wants to play. That`s the type of players you want.

‘Jonson Clarke-Harris hustles and shoves and makes it difficult for defenders but we`re asking him to do an experienced mans job when he`s only twenty-one years old and still learning. At this moment in time we`re asking him to be the main man and it`s too big an ask for him.`

One player missing from the squad today was Matt Derbyshire with the Gaffer saying, ‘Matt got a whack on his ankle. He`s been for a scan and although it`s not as bad as we first feared it wasn`t right for him to play today. If it`s settled he could be back for Tuesday.`
