Rotherham United Manager Neil Redfearn says that the goals given away were poor this evening.

‘Sheffield Wednesday haven`t had to work hard to get their goals tonight,` the Millers Boss told Radio Sheffield after their two-one home loss.

‘It wasn`t if they came out of the traps for the second half they were just mistakes. And that`s probably why where we are. But we`ve got to stop that happening and turn it round and take it in the other direction.`

Refusing to put the blame at his goalkeeper`s door, Neil said, ‘Perhaps he was to blame for the goals tonight, but Campy (Lee Camp) had a blinder against Reading on Tuesday.`

The Millers started with the same team that did so well against high flying Reading on Tuesday night and when asked why he thought some of them hadn`t done so well this evening, the Gaffer said, ‘They`re young guys. When you`ve got a young side they`re going to play well one week and then they might be a bit iffy. And you`ve got to read that situation.

‘We`ve had injuries as well and we were hoping that Joe Newell and Joe Mattock were going to be fit but they weren`t available. We`ve not got the same sized squad as Wednesday and I`m not looking for excuses but you need your better players fit and available. These three games in six days have been a real tough ask for us.

‘We`ve now got to pick them up, turn them round. They`ve got to grow up as individuals and they`ve proved they can do that.`
