Rotherham United Manager Neil Redfearn has had to strengthen his side before tonight’s game with Reading due to injuries and suspensions and has done so by fetching in defender Harry Toffolo from Norwich City.

‘Harry is a very talented young player,’ the Millers Boss told MillersPlayer. ‘His position is a specialist position. It’s difficult to play right-footers at left-back so it was important that we got somebody in. But it was also important that we got somebody in with quality and that’s what Harry represents.

‘Obviously he’ll be excited about coming and playing for us because we’re playing at a good level and have great facilities and support. So it’s a real opportunity for the boy and I’m sure he won’t let us down.’

Asked what sort of player the twenty-year old is, Neil said, ‘He’s comfortable in possession and he likes to get forward and he’s got a great left foot. Defensively he’s a strong boy who is six foot with a good physical build so he can deal with everything defensively. He’s got a really bright future and this is part of his progression while helping us and I’m really grateful to Norwich City for letting us have him. He’s had good experience being out on loan already playing with Swindon last year and he’ll be a real string to our bow.

‘He’s here for a month and we’ll see how it goes after that.’
