Rotherham United Assistant Manager, Paul Raynor says that he and Manager Steve Evans thrive on pressure.

Speaking to Paul Rickett of The Advertiser, Paul said it didn`t particularly bother him that the Millers are favourites with the bookies to go up saying it was the same when they were at Crawley.

‘We`ve got a very competitive squad,` he said, ‘and we have to deliver. We actually thrive on that pressure and we hate losing because we aren`t used to it.

‘The whole town has high expectations and the way it has responded is great with a real togetherness about it.`

Speaking about their trip to the Algarve this coming week, Paul said, ‘We`ve put together a fantastic training camp just outside Faro and we know the food is good and the training pitch is absolutely magnificent. It`s perfect for what we need.`
