Rotherham United have had an offer for Peterborough defender, Mark Little turned down this afternoon.

Speaking to the Official Site, as good as his word at keeping the fans informed, Millers gaffer, Steve Evans said, ‘Peterborough United turned down our offer after Barry Fry spoke to the manager Darren Ferguson. I will now speak with the Chairman and see if he wishes to increase the offer. If so then it will be done in a private and confidential manner with Peterborough United.’

With Posh signing Nat Knight-Percival from Wrexham today, a slightly higher offer for Little may sway Darren Ferguson to change his mind about letting twenty-three year old Little join the Millers.
