Semi Ajayi

Oluwasemilogo Adesewo Ibidapo Ajayi – luckily for us known as Semi – came through the Youth ranks with Charlton Athletic signing a professional contract in January 2012.

2013 saw Semi join the Academy at Arsenal and made the first team bench a handful of times before going on loan to Cardiff City.

In the summer of 2015 the tall defender signed a two year deal with the Bluebirds and while with them had loan spells with MK Dons and Crewe.

The twenty-three year old joined the Millers in January 2017 on loan until the end of the season and impressed enough to get offered a permanent deal in March.

Semi made seventeen appearances in a Rotherham shirt his only goal coming at home against Huddersfield Town.
