Sheffield born goalkeeper who came through the ranks at Hillsborough going on to play around fifteen times for Sheffield Wednesday.

While with the Owls he had a number of loan spells including a three month spell with the Millers as back-up for Andy Warrington, although he never made it off the bench.

May 2012 saw him move on to Chesterfield, once again mainly playing back-up ‘keeper before he joined Wigan Athletic a year later on a three-year deal. A loan spell at Ashton Gate at the beginning of 2016 saw him pen a two-and-a-half year deal with Bristol City.

The twenty-eight year old joined the Millers in January 2017 for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half year contract, playing thirteen games – his first being at St James’ Park against Newcastle and his last being the last game of the season at home against Derby County.
