Joe Mattock

Twenty-six year old Joe came through the Youth ranks with his local side Leicester City going onto play over sixty-five times for the Foxes before moving to West Bromwich Albion in August 2009.

January 2011 saw Joe go out on loan to Sheffield United until the end of the season but was unable to stop the Blades getting relegated. November of the same year saw him out on loan again, this time to Portsmouth before another loan move in January 2012 saw him join Brighton and Hove Albion.

At the end of the season Joe’s contract wasn’t renewed at West Brom and the summer of 2012 saw him move to Hillsborough with him going on to make fifty-six appearances for Sheffield Wednesday.

June 2015 saw Joe move the short distance to the New York Stadium and he has made thirty-six appearances for the Millers scoring once in our away defeat at Brentford in October.

Joe has caps for England at U17, U19 and U21 levels.
