Rotherham United caretaker Manager, Darren Patterson says that he is stil enjoying his temporary job and also working with the lads he has now.

Speaking to MillersPlayer yesterday before the squad set off for Wimbledon, about his time in charge, Patto said, ‘The first four days were difficult but it’s been easier this week.

‘The staff have been first class and, although I’ve been taking parts of training, everyone has stepped up and I’ve let them get involved and am trusting them. The staff are excellent, hard working and very good at their jobs as well as being professional. We are a good tight knit bunch.’

Asked about having to deal with the media, Patto said, ‘If truth be told it’s easy for me. I talk nonsense at the best of times so it’s not really been that difficult for me. It’s definitely one of my strengths dealing with the media.’
