Rotherham United defender, Michael Raynes was stretchered off during the first half at
Northampton this afternoon with what looks like a serious knee injury.

Speaking after the one all draw at Sixfields, Millers Manager, Andy Scott told the Official Site, ‘He’s not good.

‘He went to turn and his knee popped. It doesn’t sound good but we will have a look when it’s settled down a bit.

‘He’s got a knee brace on to keep the swelling down and when we get back we’ll get him to hospital. Then he’ll probably have a scan on Monday morning.

‘But, with what he’s saying and the way he went down and the pain he is in, it’s not looking good.’
