Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore says playing away in the first leg of the play-offs isn’t a problem.

‘Sometimes it’s better for us to play away,’ Moore told The Advertiser. ‘I don’t think we get any benefit from playing at Don Valley. If we’d won some of the drawn games there then we’d have been in the top three.’

At the moment, Rotherham don’t know who they will be playing in the play-off semi finals – it could be anyone from Morecambe, Dagenham, Bury, Port Vale or Northampton – and Moore said, ‘There are certain teams I’d like to get through because I’d like to put one or two things right due to our performances against them. But, we haven’t sent anyone to watch the teams because we’ve played them already and know quite a lot about them.

‘Actually, our scout was out last Saturday looking at a player we want for next year.’
