Rotherham United Chairman Tony Stewart says that whoever the next Millers Manager is will have to consider that he will be doing more than taking charge of the first team.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield Mr Stewart said, ‘It’s important we get the right person but there will be no stereo type.

‘He will get a two year deal and will take in all the considerations that we’ve talked about with regard to the Youth Policy and training ground.’

The Millers have had talks with some candidates but they will be seeking permission to speak to Managers who are already in a job from their club.

If all goes well the Millers could have a new Manager in place by next Wednesday.
