Rotherham United skipper Johnny Mullins says that he and the rest of the team want to put Saturday`s result and performance behind them.

‘We came in Monday and we were all unhappy. We spoke about a few things and we`ve been positive in training and we`ll be fired up and ready to go on Saturday.

Speaking to MillersPlayer the twenty-seven year old said, ‘It`s a big game against Exeter. They’ve got a good away record but it`s time for us to kick-on.

‘There`s eight games left and we are well in the mix but we all know where we want to end up. The results on Tuesday didn’t affect us too much so three points on Saturday and that will set us up for a good Easter weekend.`

Saying that this is the best Rotherham team he`s played with, the former Stockport County defender carried on, ‘I think we are well capable of going on a run now and getting out of this league. There`s so much quality and passion and ability in this dressing room and we want to go into these eight games as positive and confident as we can and hopefully get into one of those top three positions.

‘Everyone is playing each other in the league and all we can do is take care of our own game.`

Let`s hope that ‘quality, passion and ability` shows tomorrow because there wasn`t any of that last Saturday. But, as Mulls says, let`s put that performance behind us – onwards and upwards.
