Rotherham United have successfully secured the services of defender Craig Morgan for the next eighteen months.

Morgan, who had his contract terminated by Preston North End at the end of August, joined the Millers in September making his debut in the disastrous game at Port Vale. But, alongside skipper Ian Sharps, has steadied the rocking boat making fourteen appearances before having to leave the field with a broken bone in his ankle last Saturday meaning he will be out probably until the New Year.

So, with Lee Frecklington staying, Johnny Mullins back and Morgan penning an eighteen month contract things at the back and midfield should be fine!
